Cant restore iphone - "An unknown error occurred (1603)

my iphone reset restore mode tonight. posted in other forum.

thought best post in here current problem - when try restore in itunes, says

"preparing..." time, comes iphone "iphone" not restored. unknown error occurred (1603).

there can do? phone 2 weeks old.

 

i have same problem desktop pc itunes, have apps , music. have restore using laptop's itunes (that not synced iphone or ipad) , stop process when asks if want sync itunes.

@ point, unplug iphone alternate itunes , plug regular itunes computer, regular sync there.

have no idea why works way - there's main pc itunes doesn't like. but, itunes on laptop works fine. have way every restore or os update. i'm not 1 happens - it's common issue , workaround.
