can you transfer a baseband to another iphone?

hi,

whilst waiting amazing guys trying find unlock baseband 4.11.08 i'm going use friend's spare iphone.

i'm hoping apps, music, contacts etc transferred current iphone4 (ios 5 untethered jailbreak - bb 04.11.08) friends via itunes backup. mean; backup current phone , connect friends , load on.

main concern might give friend's phone dreded 4.11.08 bb in process. valid concern , if so, there anyway prevent happening.
else phone inherit restore backup file/s? jailbreak itself? nothing other apps, music, contacts etc?

i don't think possible exchange bb, process you're make files backup, not firmware in modem (bb).
