i hold music , movies (10k+ music , 100+ movies) on nas running freenas. itunes on laptop has movies on , need laptop on movie wish watch loaded itunes in order watch on atv2.
freenas box has itunes server built , mean atv2 'see' movie direct server , play without laptop between them, correct in this? issue isn't bad while have 1 atv, if second 1 bedroom, need carry laptop upstairs , put film itunes on watch movie turn off laptop.
reading last night there issues itunes 10.5(??) , linux's bonjour(??) server, still case or looking @ wrong thing?
unfortunately "itunes servers" come nases audio , won't work video. video need full copy of itunes running on osx or windows.
