Ability to launch multiple apps from the launchscreen instead of just the camera

i saw thread here double press on home button brought camera button app icon right on top of can pick app open.

i've forgotten name of cydia tweak , can't find through search function.

remember called? i'm not talking anylockapp or locklauncher. 1 i'm talking brings vertical row of apps right on top of camera button.
