3GS + iOS 5.0.1 + 6.15.00 FW = No Service - HELP TRIED EVERYTHING!

hey guys, getting ready try , sell old iphone 3gs , trying unlocked. had upgrade 6.15.00 unlock on , seems waste. have tried both redsn0w , sn0wbreeze , ultrasn0w, , have tried bunch of different methods , supposed "no service fixes" bunch of times.

common fixes seeing use custom ipsw or re-flash baseband, have tried multiple times among other things. nothing working @ all. in canada, it's not common t-mobile issue either.

phone still works locked original carrier.

appreciated, @ total loss right now...

 

when changed baseband 6.15.00 on ios 4.x? if so, did use custom ipsw when updating software ios 5 (aka didn't download through itunes)?
