-i have macbook air. air's not come cd drive. me nor family have external cd drives , use infrequently we're not going buying one. however, means need install drivers off of lion cd, because of installing windows 7 through boot camp cannot. thought maybe find way copy/transfer/whatever-the-correct-verb-is iso image disc (using different computer) flashdrive , boot way. google has failed me here, pleading savior.

it possible install drivers without optical drive. assuming can find way windows installed, installing drivers isn't hard. you'll need 1gb or larger usb thumb drive. here's do:
  1. mount usb drive on mba.
  2. format master boot record (mbr) partition scheme , fat file system, using disk utility.
  3. then, use disk utility again restore iso image thumb drive. (note: process take while.) done restore tab, device or image selected.
  4. boot windows. insert usb drive.
  5. windows should detect contains software , offer install it.
  6. if doesn't, navigate whatever drive letter windows gave thumb drive, find setup.exe, , double-click it.
