Macbook Pro stuck on white loading screen

so heres deal. went turn on macbook pro (13 inch) , gives me white loading screen apple logo , loading icon underneath. have tried many things help, including in article: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts2570 inserted snow leopard disk came macbook , tried install it, when try install it says cannot installed on computer. ideas?

ps: don't know technology.

have done computer lately? had problem after installed bad ram.
