iBooks Author question

i wondering how bring window (see attachment). it's supposed appear when editing interactive image, somehow won't appear. i'm not sure if glitch, it's annoying.

ideas? can't seem find option in menu bar.

just going memory here, i'm not in front of software, think have first click on interactive element, , click (or perhaps double click) on image want resize.

first action selects overall element, second selects image within element.
