apps updating problem after change apple ID country setting

i use apple id purchase music/apps on itunes uk store in last 2 years. i'm moving states, changed a/c info current address. after a/c info altered, turns out previous purchased music associate apple id disappeared purchased history plus itunes store not allow me update previous purchased apps, solution? answer.

 

not sure past history part, regularly swap between uk , german itunes stores. in experience on mac have switch between stores update associated apps, on iphone shows updates regardless of store. can't update because not showing in history something's gone amiss. contact itunes, have been helpful me
