Repeatable crash of Time Capsule wifi

questions: difference between osx , windows pertains pulling files off time capsule via network share?

think asking replacement time capsule fix this?

problem background:

have 4 month old 4th gen time capsule here crashing 802.11g , or 801.11n network. whatever network connected found can trigger crash every time when downloading large files tc on wireless network using windows 7 computer. computer can in vmware fusion on mbp or separate dell laptop don't see how drivers or hardware issue on laptop side.

when crashes wireless network tc still broadcasts ssid can't data connection device iphone, mac book pro or dell laptop.
when in state:
-the opposite (802.11n/802.11g) network still pass data
-wired network devices still pass data
-the tc network file share still available via connection still working.
-it never recover, until cycle power tc, or trigger reboot via airport utility via connection still working.

have not been able able trigger when copying files tc using osx.

distance , signal levels aren't concern, talking 20 feet , top level signals.

 

also why heck can't set repair on apples site? can sn , see there plenty of time when hit set repair button next page never loads. been 3 days now. if same thing mbp sn page works fine.
