*rant* Seriously Pissed Off.


i've been buying apple products years. thought customer service second-to-none. other week, when replaced girlfriend's dodgey backing macbook, fine. filled out form online. arrived next day. job's gooden.

yet few months ago, whilst macbook in warranty, told take in, tell them dvd drive tempromental , they'll replace it. took in, tried out-tech (she's not technical @ all) , blamed her. told re-install os :)rolleyes:) , that's it. that's irritated me , meaning go in 'have go' quite while. nonetheless dvd carried on little while longer. it's ****ed. won't work. , makes me utterly livid. i'm extremely technical person , fact knew dodgey , wouldn't replace piss take. now, i'm heading apple tomorrow , i'm going ballistic. don't care if wasn't person spoke her. someone's getting absolute kicking. fact costs measly few pounds replace doesn't bother me @ all, , if hadn't known dodgey, wouldn't care. it's principal. went in, untechy, , blamed trying keep costs incurred down. now, it's out of warranty , she's got spent money on replacing part shouldn't need replacing. absolutely livid.
