Plz help bricked iphone4

ok 1 day wondering if update old apps have cydia touched upgrade had 6 updates after waiting lot , didn't move apple logo said boot , didn't work,i tried putting dfu restore didn't restore appears different errors 21 , many more,if i'm not mistaken 3291 after tried removing dfu again in apple logo , 5 second past again in dfu .plzz beg u me otherwise father won't buy me phone plz .
