MMS/SMS issue after JB

i can send sms/mms no 1 receiving them after jb on windows. yes, i've resprung & reset network settings.

installed apps:

intelliscreenx
folder enhancer
action menu
cydelete
5 icon dock
photomail
springflash

looks it's imessgae that's not working; if toggle imessage off under settings, texts received should be. ideas?

 

it ended being bitesms setting. good.
