please if can 2010 mac pro not come out of sleep mode, keeps crashing when using itunes, photoshop, email , general use. grey screen comes down telling me turn off. been reliable machine point. have turned sleep mode off. (mac os x 10.6.8)
3 months ago up-graded ram 16gb (x2 8gb kingston), , have taken ram out come (samsung) believe can not mix different makes of ram. model 8- quad core / intel westmere processors, think newest model not certain. has been working don't think problem other installing 2 hard drives thats history of mac pro. have 3rd of free space on main hard drive.
problem not happening time once starts, after 5 hours use or if has gone sleep mode (which have turned off) becoming problem have no idea how solve, tried checking main drive repair , verified o.k. have apple care not available call on sundays. advice appreciated.

problem mac doesn't ram upgraded with.
make sure ram compatible model mac pro (mactracker friend here).
, you're mistaken. can mix , match different ram vendors.
