iPod touch Having trouble jailbreaking ipod touch 4g

once hits waiting boot part of jailbreak ipod turns on , goes recovery mode. happens every single time. ideas on why happening?

 

this similar problem, except mine boots after being 'exploited' redsn0w. i'm using latest version released few days ago.
