iPad vs MBA

greetings everyone.

become apple user last dec , on have imac 2011 & iphone 4s.

wanna feel new , cant decide 1 should buy: mba 13" or ipad 2? (maybe ipad3, 5hours charging annoying, isnt it?)

programmer, working on imac. so, thing im buying should portatable. im not planning hard tasks on it, web-surf, email stuff, movies, skype.

so, dear community, how think? advice me please, share experience

can explain decision if what?
if ipad, 2 or 3? 3g or without?

mba - 11 or 13? (my imac 21.5)

because, think have mini-pad iphone same mba - have bigger brother - imac.

p.s. , yes, im afraid if buy ipad - iphone becomes phone (too expensive "phone"). or ipad toy.. :x

 

an ipad not replacemnt laptop. if want proper file management facilities macbook air better bet. remember ipad ios device. own both, different things. if had choose one, mba.
