Does iPad 2 have dual core graphics vs iPad 3 with quad core graphics?

they saying ipad 3 have 4 times graphics if ipad 2 dual core cant see ipad 3 having 4 times unless processor has been overlocked.

retina display, taking lot more graphics power resolution things gaming , movies. think there boosts in graphics games besides resolution increase or think not change (i.e. including aa or dynamic lighting etc).
