Cheap Insurance Option Than AppleCare?

does know of cheaper insurance options other applecare insure incoming new ipad? i've felt extended warranties huge ripoffs, know i'd become enormously upset if somehow messed retina screen, , had pay replacement out of pocket. used ipad 2 enough anyway...

believe read on forum cheaper insurers $60 initial buy-in low deductible. have personal experience tell of non-apple insurers?

 

i remember hearing if charge it, can buy extended warranty through credit card company, not sure if true or not.
