All songs disappeared...What happened?

recently discovered entire iphone library deleted , have no idea why. when plug macbook file names show cannot played because can't located. right there 31 songs left on phone. question cause this? never had happen before not sure it.

(i restore hard drive died lost of i'll have of when owc feels shipping me new 1 >.<)

 

do use itunes match?

if not, sounds sort of corruption. when connect iphone itunes, show iphone having audio files on it?
