my niece had ipod touch 4th gen white screen. i've never heard of before searching it. i've did usual hold home , power 10 seconds , nothing. can't restart or tuen off.
other suggestions? don't know if has ever backed or guess i'm thinking worst right , have full restore.
anyway possibly pull stuff off worst case scenario? she's young , freaking out. thanks!
restore it. if it's still shows white screen after restore, has faulty hardware. bring apple after , replaced.
