Weird touchpad issue

i have installed windows 7 through parallels , whenever launch game have double tap single click.
in os however, tap click works fine, scrolling , secondary click work.
can't figure out... i've tried turning "smart mouse" on , off issue isn't resolved.

ideas?

edit: can't install windows through boot camp because fails partition drive.
tried running disk utility repai permisions & verify disk, tried shrinking partition 50 gb out of 200 gb free failed... parallels option except saving everithing , reinstalling, plus, it's easier switch osx windows i'll stick parallels.
