Macbook pro questionmark problem.

i got new mac 3 weeks ago, christmas. 5 days ago froze, had force power off. i've been looking on internet 5 whole days now, nothings works. last resort.. 3 week old macbook pro shouldn't fail.. after i've heard mac, should atleast work 2 years or so. got other tips? or have pay loads of money repaired?

 

call applecares or bring apple store...i'm sure take care of either way.
