looking for layout automation of letters.
hello,
find solution letter creation automation. idea send email server mac / or put text document in special dropbox folder, email or text processed put text content automatically body of letter letterhead etc.
this:
email server watching address
subject: create business letter
body:
[from] me [/from] -> puts name in placeholder
[to] adress here [/to] -> fills out address
[body] ...
[signature] -> puts signature file (or on template)
letter sent directly me mail, or printer or fax...
how this? have indesign, filemaker, word etc...
appreciated...
