Syncronizing mails across Apple devices

hello,

i'm trying syncronize mails on mac mini (lion) ipod touch (ios5) , ipad (ios5).
want folder structure same on 3 devices.
when delete mail on 1 device, gets deleted on all.
imap does.
but... isp doesn't support imap
pop3. , since can't change of isp or emailadress, need solution.
so, thought maybe it's possible to:
- install lion server on mac mini
- setup imap server fetches mails pop server of isp , sends mails stmp of isp
- setup devices sync local imap-server , send mails local imap-server in sentbox of local imap
above possible? there better/easier/cheaper solution? in opinion, seems little overkill it's solution found.
