phone only using smaller screens?

folks, i'm not sure here maybe here can help, i'm jailbroken using redsnow , have/had cydia installed, last night wanted remove few app downloaded thru cydia , after did cydia no longer showing installed on phone , phone use small screen, screen goes top left corner of phone, when try safari, check emails , forth, can point me in right direction how fix this?
