iPad 3 - 32gb wifi + 4g OR 64gb wifi only

either memory size adequate, main concern suppose if worth 129 4g.

have macbook pro , 64gb iphone 4s.

thought 4g on ipad cost , expense ahve pay monthly service.

here in canada cheapest plan 15 dollars month 250mb.

contract free u dont have use time ive heard alot of people big youtubers jon4lakers never used 3g on ipad 2.

main places im @ at home , univesity campus both of have wifi.

travel home , school every weekend on train via rail has wifi availble, kinda restricited (cant go on youtube xd).

4g worth option , expense?
