How to open IE only websites with iPhone 4

i have tried every browser think of on iphone bmwcenternet.com , still no dice. have used volt , atomicweb apps (yes, switched atomic web show using ie 6, 7 , 8) , bmwcenternet still picks not using ie or netscape. how can around this??? tia!

 

site opened me in atomic web, , didn't tell use ie.
