Help Needed

had dodgy signal on 3g tried couple things no luck , opened iphone have inside. noticed sim tray supposed push down golden pins wasn't pushing down pins far enough sim work stuck small piece of cardboard in between pins , sim card tray worked! surely can't having piece of cardboard sitting in iphone shouldn't , means sim tray sits out of casing can't go way in has 1 had problem , found better fix?

 

you have defective iphone. send apple.
