Are there any jailbreak tweaks that would slow down overall performance of the 4S?

i noticed other day when put 4s (jailbroken) , best friend's 4s (not jailbroken) side-by-side, iphone ran quicker overall in process of opening apps, closing them, opening camera , whatnot. 2 times fast. know jailbreak isn't slow phone down, wondering tweak have installed causing it.

have idea can causing slowdown or can please me out?

 

1. remove 1 jb app
2. compare friend's phone
3. repeat until app causing slowdown found.
