Anti-glare screen protector for Retina?

find anti glare screen protector won't diminish retina quality much? warmer weather coming, foresee myself working outside more , it's impossible see anything.

i have powersupport 1 on iphone , ruins retina quality. might ipad 2 if use antiglare protector.
