Advice on an iPhone 2G 8GB

so, i'm in process of refurbing iphone 2g right now. i've got original box, , accessories, touchscreen broken. got fantastic deal on whole thing, , better deal on touchscreen assembly. i'm wondering if should refurbish entire thing, , not front. replacement oem (new) & antenna cover $25, worth it, or should leave as-is?

 

you didn't mention in condition in, regardless it's choice. mean $25 nothing if value having original iphone in pristine condition, if you're me doesn't care - don't care.
