How does Siri dictation learn?

forgive me if found elsewhere. don't have iphone 4s, i'm talking dictation in particular on ipad

wondering, assuming does, how apple/siri feedback on whether accurate?

also, why not able show text until after stop -- take processing power?

 

siri dictation doesn't learn, uses wi-fi send "recording" of speech apple's servers, send text device (which pretty cool).
