Problem Adding Music to Ipad

my itunes acting , not allowing me "que" music add ipad. in other words, if adding album of music, , midway through drag album ipad, first album cease being added , second begin. songs transferred first remain, last few songs somehow disappear. noticed happens iphone well, maybe problem itunes. appreciate help

has had issue since upgrading itunes 10.6?

 

windows or osx? did try rebooting both pc , ipad?
