new whole thing, it's come down , can't find answers anywhere.
there few issues plaguing mac, purchased last fall , descending in usability.
1) of week ago, laptop has been doing "jump" thing. while using laptop anything, it'll switch screens, zoom in, kinds of ridiculous things make super frustrating use. happen when not @ computer. can stand 5 feet away , watch screens autonomously jump every direction, switching , forth.
2) few weeks before jumping screen noticed laptop becoming unresponsive quite frequently. have force quit programs multiple times day. browse internet no other programs running , entire laptop lock up.
don't have installed in laptop... , thought macs supposed virus-free, appreciated!
