iPhone 4S w/ 5.1 on AT&T reporting 4G usage

i guess i've found first bug. no means show-stopper, not stretch of imagination, cellular reporting 4g instead of 3g now. whatever, long works.

also, updated 4.3.x 5.0 in sept(?), personal hotspot stopped working , has not worked 1 second until few minutes ago. joy!
