Installing games/software using the cloud/Time Machine

ok, poor little macbook pro 4 years old , died on me last night. told me dying , need rebuild. that's fine. thinking should invest in new mac.

going through process see update ssd, appeals me. of course expensive, larger drive. filming, video, audio , photo editing machine using full adobe suite , protools, need fair bit of space. have time machine, , wondering there way use 1tb on there install , run software , games on cloud were? or if there way me this, means can ssd isn't big, , can used save documents , files, whilst time machine has larger stuff.

if going ssd in mac consider moving large itunes library external (non-time machine volume). watch video how move itunes library external drive. make sure external plugs wireless router or fastest port on mac.
