Input many phone numbers to 4S via PC ?.

i damage 3g in boating accident. manage extract contact info putting sim card in gsm phone. have written 50+ numbers.
pain input these contact directly iphone.
there way can type these on pc how synch iphone.
via excel may ?. coma separated fields etc.

add them 'contacts' on win7 sync phone selecting address book 'contacts' in itunes
