Does a truly portable iPad charger exist?

the beauty of ipad portability. however, when need charge ipad, have limited range (near plug) while charges.

know there external batteries, tend pretty big , heavy.

there approximately wallet sized slip pocket , use charge ipad without limiting mobility?

i'm not sure exists that's wallet sized , has enough of capacity charge ipad. ipad batteries quite large.
