my wife , both use macbooks , use 2 separate chargers charge them. has seen "pigtail" type of charger cable? picturing connector comes out of white charger box has 2 cables instead of 1 can charge both macs off same charger box.

no, won't work, charger, battery , logic board work manage charge levels , adaptive charging. each mac notebook needs own charger. should answer most, if not all, of battery questions:
