Bouncing Dock Icons - Super Annoying?

does else find applications bouncing in dock annoying?

i'm in middle of doing , of sudden 1 starts bugging me... it's continually poking me in side.

 

no, what's deal airline peanuts?

guess have glow or else, , i'm sure there programs modify this, don't find annoying. if didn't want know program needs attention for, i'd close program.
