tomm unplugging 30 lb imac, carrying down 2 flights of stairs, nervously load onto cart, walk block car, super load car, drive half hour, unload 2 blocks busy mall , taking apple store, third time in 2 weeks. bs. first logic board went bad, harddrive crashed, getting kernal panic every 15 minutes, , absolutely freezing point of hard reboot.
demand new computer time. there can have them give me new refurb imac? has been huge hassle, , cost huge amount of downtime right while in middle of big project.
can't afford broken anymore. has had luck geniuses getting total replacement, instead of chasing problem don't seem able isolate?
intending on buying second imac , returning if need keep again.
sorry rant worst apple experience have had in years have been dealing them. not mad @ geniuses, , bad timing, time them take machine back, , give me new one.
