hi, wondering if there applications out there let use trackpad if more screen mapped.i.e if press top left of trackpad, clicking on apple logo @ left of screen or if clicking top right, press spotlight?

no. it's mapped whole screen, you'll notice, in if move finger cursor goes there (the dimensions bit off). once you're there can't click unless use bottom of pad, switch is. apple trackpad isn't pressure sensitive; has switch levers on.
set use double finger tap open spotlight, say. or single tap in upper right corner.
