Spitfish - I can't see the plugin in Garageband?

i downloaded spitfish (to reduce sibilance , s sounds), , followed instructions add plugin in garageband.

however, when open garageband, can't see spitfish plugin. i've tried everything. have other garageband users had problem?

how sort out?

 

looks it's ppc only. won't run on intel mac.
