iMovie & iPhoto

hi,

when login mac app store, imovie , iphoto show prices $14.99. however, have imovie , iphoto installed (probably when bought laptop). how make them show in "purchased" tab?

wondering if bought new hard drive laptop (ssd), , wanted fresh install of lion, lose iphoto , imovie? keep apps i'm forced use time machine backup?
