Do you think iOS 6 will be out for iPhone 3GS?

right now, posting iphone 3gs, , ios 5 runs on 3gs dad's iphone 4.
ios 4 had 50 mb ram free before, ios 5 seems have 80 mb free.
think ios 6 should or out 3gs?
reason why didn't buy 4s , got 3gs because have carrier's customer @ least 1 year unlock, plus 3gs has better feel in opinion.
