Really weird issue when recieven calls notifications

hey guys,

im getting paranoid. after updating 5.1 problem repeated twice today. when u recieve black call notifaction telling "u have recieve call number ..." -just after call failed, couldnt leave page. tapped on cancel, accept , <- buttom, wouldnt let me go back... nothing! phone didnt freeze, didnt let me leave page!

i've done 2 hard resets solve im sure happen again!
