Fast scrolling on the ipad

it gets tedious have scroll endlessly down long internet pages or other files repeatedly having swipe screen.
little scroll tab appears along right of page when start scroll can't grabbed , swiftly moved, , there no 'scroll bottom' feature there 'scroll top' feature.
there way scroll quickly?
