Wifi/3g statusbar flickering.

the title confusing, couldn't phrase better.

here issue:

when wake phone sleep notice internet connection on 3g , half second later switches to, , stays on wifi. occurs every time wake phone up.

concerns me, because i'm not sure if phone on 3g when turned off, means it's using lot of data plan.

have ideas on why phone doing this? know if it's on wifi or 3g , it's sort of graphical bug?

*note. wifi strong, , once phone "flickers" wifi, stays connected wifi. it's not (while on) phone losing wifi connection.

 

that nature of iphones, switch off wifi when asleep. there few jailbreak apps can keep wifi on when alseep i've tried 1 of them, insomnia, , found eats battery liking.
