Unknown Outlooke Error Code

i have outlook set on mac in spanish, , i'm getting error code cannot find solution for. can send emails can't receive them.

here error code says:

"cannot interpret response imap server because expected command missing"

error code -17495, online code fixes problem database, not imap server.

can me?
