unable to locate purchased alert tones

i did search solution this, no luck.

have iphone 4 running ios 5.1, , went settings>sounds>tweet>buy more tones have additional alert/ringtones.

did purchase tone, less 10 sec in length, not show in of tone libraries on phone. show in itunes under recent purchases, both on phone , on macbook, no in settings>sounds locations. can advise may located , why did not show up? and, when try drag , drop purchased list library list, not seem work either.

well, upon further review, figured out because going purchase tone section, not mean purchasing tone, there songs there , listed first. have figure out how convert song tone useable. geez, apple, have made little easier...
